I continue riding up Brant Road and notice that a section of the barbed-wire fence along the tracks has been cut

Wondering why the rather new fence has been cut, I think about reports I've heard of train cargo robberies that have happened along here while the trains are slowly climbing the slight grade. Hmmm...
