I stumble upon that abandoned alignment of the old Mojave Road again just before arriving at Cedar Canyon Road

Some of the dark clouds have returned. I rode a piece of this road a couple of days ago on the way to Howe Spring. I'll walk a short distance up this road before beginning the climb back up to Mid Hills campground.
